Cancellation and Refund Policy :-
• Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in are eligible for a full refund, subject to a 5% processing fee.
• Cancellations made 15–30 days before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund (5% processing fee applies) or a 75% credit note for future use.
• Cancellations made 10–15 days before check-in are eligible for a 20% refund or a 50% credit note for future use.
• Cancellations made less than 10 days before check-in are non-refundable or eligible for a 20% credit note for future use.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in are strictly non-refundable and non-creditable (no refund and no credit note).
• Any difference in tariff at the time of rebooking must be paid by the guest.
• No-shows will be treated as last-minute cancellations and are non-refundable.
• Any date modification will be considered a cancellation followed by a new booking unless approved in writing.
• Applicable refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.
• The management reserves the right to amend or update this policy without prior notice, subject to existing bookings.
• Bookings made through third-party platforms such as MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, Airbnb, or similar OTAs are governed strictly by their respective cancellation and refund policies and this policy will not apply.

Credit Note Terms and Conditions :-
• Credit notes, where applicable, can be redeemed within 6 months from the date of issue.
• Credit notes can be redeemed only on available villas at the time of rebooking.
• Credit notes cannot be redeemed on weekends, public holidays, peak season dates, or high-demand dates, unless specifically approved.
• Credit notes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Only one credit note may be used per booking unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Once the credit note is redeemed for a booking , another credit note will not be issued in case
the redeemed booking is later cancelled .
• Partial utilization is not permitted.
