Booking Tems

• Booking will be confirmed only after the payment of 20% advance and remaining 80% should be deposited on arrival prior to the function.
• Child above age 6 years will be treated as adult.
• Child under 6 is not allowed in pool area and less than 17 years must be supervised by an adult in pool all the time.
• Valid ID proof is mandatory during check in.
• In case of increase in members, extra charge will be charged including tax by property owner.(NOTE: No discount offer will be applied)
• All coupons are applicable to booking person only.

Pool Area & Property Terms

• Standard check-in time is as stated by the property.
• Increase in time will be charged according to the property.
• Swimming is at guest’s own risk and company will not be responsible for any misfortune/any loss/damage to guest.
• Any damage to the property or props will be recovered from guest.
• Vehicle parking will be at owner’s risk.
• Any type of misbehavior at property will cause penalty or legal action on guest.
• All legal matters are subjected to Udaipur jurisdiction.
• Orders other than ORU bill will be accountable according to the menu.
