Cancellation Terms

• 30+ days before check-in: ✅ Full refund.
• 15 to 29 days before check-in: 🔹 25% refund OR 🔹 100% refund as a credit note OR 🔹 Option to reschedule.
• 8 to 14 days before check-in: 🔹 15% refund OR 🔹 100% credit note for a future booking.
• 7 days or less before check-in: ❌ No refund OR 🔹 50% credit note for next booking.

Additional Terms & Conditions

Rescheduled Bookings

• Must be utilized within 3 months of the original booking date.
• Guests will bear any price difference for alternative dates (e.g., peak or festive seasons).

Force Majeure

Refunds or postponements will not apply in cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).

Non-Transferable Bookings

Bookings, cancellations, or rescheduling cannot be transferred to other guests.

Security Deposit

Any deductions from the security deposit due to damages or policy violations will not be refunded, regardless of cancellation status.
